All shipping charges will be based on courier service rate. We ship by J&T, GDEX and POS LAJU by default. If you wish to use your preferred courier other than these, kindly contact us for further arrangement.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are completely not satisfied with your purchase (product defects, damage when shipment or wrong item/type/colour/etc) you can send it back to us.
- Returns or exchanges must be made within 3 days from date of delivered.
- Items bought during promotional or seasonal events are not accepted for returns and exchanges.
- Damage items must be return together with original box.
Please provide us a photo of the defect or damage item as a proof in order to proceed with a replacement.
